Owls gourd ornaments have been “flying” out the door of Casita for years. These extraordinary pieces are made from gourds that grow across areas of Peru. (When you shake them you hear the seeds inside!) The artists decorate them by a combination of hand carving, singeing by fire and painting. They make perfect Christmas or holiday ornaments or just beautiful decorations.
