Classic and high quality incense made in the traditional age-old manner in Auroville India. Bamboo sticks are rolled and bound together with natural gum resigns and dipped into fragrances, all of which have been blended with 100% natural essential oils. No charcoal, phthalates or artificial fragrance oils.

Made by Maroma, a fair-trade company. They are based in Auroville, a progressive, international community in southern India that celebrates unity above all race, creed or politics. In that spirit they pay fair wages in their production house and have committed to using sustainable ingredients.
Maroma’s blends perfectly balanced natural fragrances with incense sticks made in house. Wood powder with a botanical gum resin is bound on to bamboo sticks and dried. The finished sticks are then dipped into their proprietary fragrances, which have been blended with essential oils (not coal tar based fragrance).
